 Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV

IdentoGo, the region’s provider of identification and fingerprinting services through its partner IDEMIA, provides fingerprinting services, at its offices within the Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV headquarters,

453 Maple Street, Grove City, PA 16127.

Our CURRENT Days/Hours of Operation are:

Monday and Wednesday – 8:15am to 11:30am

Tuesday and Thursday – 8:15am to 3:45pm

Friday – CLOSED

In accordance with continued COVID-19 mitigation guidelines, Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV will be adhering to the following upon reopening:

• There are also different hours before a holiday.  Please consult this website BEFORE traveling to the site.    
• Walk-ins are not being accepted at this time. 
• We encourage masking but do not require masks.

Registration

You must register before going to a fingerprint site. You may register online at Uenroll.identogo.com 

There will be a registration fee for the PA Department of Education.

All other registration fees are specific to the Service Agency of which you are being fingerprinted for. Please see the Service Code chart of the website.

Payment must be made at the time of fingerprinting using a debit or a credit card OR you may bring with you to the fingerprint site a money order or cashier’s check in the amount due payable to IDEMIA

NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASH ACCEPTED.

You must also bring with you one form of photo ID. The most commonly used form of ID is your current driver’s license.
