Extreme Leadership for Students

Overview

Extreme Leadership for Students offers students a way to develop leadership skills through instruction and networking. They will then apply those skills through a “Leadership in Action” project.  Each district may send one junior and one senior who serve in leadership roles in their school. These students may be class officers, officers of Student Council, National Honor Society, athletes, or any student who has leadership potential. In order to develop all areas of leadership and create an effective network of students, the same two students MUST be committed to participating in all sessions. Each session is held at the IU. Lunch is included. A staff member from each district is encouraged to attend with their students.

Due to the uncertainty of the current environment, MIU IV will not be running the Extreme Leadership program during the 2021-22 school year.  We hope to continue this program during the 2022-23 school year.
