As of July 2011, MIU IV Staff are no longer required to complete an Act 48 Pre-Approval Form. In addition, the $10.00 annual fee has been waived for all MIU IV staff as well for others participating in MIU IV activities and workshops.

A $10.00 fee will be charged to any non-MIU IV PA Certified Teacher that has completed Act 48 related activities outside of the MIU IV office and does not have an Act 48 data entry provider to report these credits to PDE.
