Help Desk

The helpdesk ticket below will create a ticket in our help desk system.  If you are sending in equipment, after you have added the ticket, print out the email confirmation and attach it to the equipment.  You do not need to register you can just send an email to support@miu4.org and a ticket will be created for you.  

The remote support will start a session with a technician who can then take over control of your computer to perform various tasks remotely.
