MIU IV is pleased to offer professional development, consultation, and technical assistance to school districts who service homeless children.  Please contact us to schedule a training, consultation, or inservice presentation.  The program coordinator is available to offer expert advice and engaging presentation on educating homeless children.

Legislative Update: End Youth and Young Adult Homelessness in PA

This webinar will:

  • Provide an update on current legislation and policies that affect youth and young adults experiencing homelessness in Pennsylvania.
  • Cover the historical context of advocacy in the state and review legislative bills that might be introduced in this legislative session.
  • Provide the opportunity to ask questions and discuss with experts in the field.

Who should attend?

The webinar is intended for Youth Action Board members, case managers, outreach workers, service providers, advocates, public officials, and other professionals who work with homeless youth and young adults in Pennsylvania.

This webinar is hosted by the National Network for Youth, SchoolHouse Connection, Advocates 4 Change, Homeless Children's Education Fund, Homeless Youth Legal Network, and One-by-One.
