Purchase Prize Program

The original Purchase Prize Program was started by Gary L. Miller, Executive Director of Midwestern Intermediate Unit from 1983-1992. In 1992, a special award was established in memory of Dr. Miller who took great pleasure in the Very Special Arts Exhibit.
